Biographical Info

After graduating from Wake Forest University, Steve Spragins arrived in Indialantic, where he and his dad, Hughes Spragins, opened Title Assurance in 1973. He has been active in the industry since then and helped to form Alliance Title in 2000. He is an active board member of both Rotary and The Henegar Center. Steve resides in downtown Melbourne with his Aussie wife, Trish, and enjoys having her family visit from the “land down under” whenever possible.
