Meet Liz – Alliance Title’s Owner and Closing AgentWhen she’s not in the office she is outdoors! Her passions include skiing, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing – anything outside! But when you catch her indoors, she loves cooking from scratch and reading a good book.
Danielle Rogers
Licensed Title Agent
Meet our closing agent Danielle. Danielle, and her husband Patrick, have 4 children and spend most of their time transporting them to their many activities. When they have down time they love to go camping, hiking to waterfalls in Tennessee or attending concerts or football games at the University of Michigan!
Shannon Zeller
Licensed Title Agent
Meet our closing agent Shannon. She’s a transplant from Ohio, who enjoys living life by the water. If you don’t find her at the beach, on a paddleboard or enjoying the outdoors, you will find her throwing darts or playing kickball with her teams.
Alyssa Alexander
Post Closer
Meet our post closer Alyssa: She is currently in college working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Geology. She enjoys finding exotic fossils and rocks. When she’s not studying, she spends her down time with her local family and travelling with her Mom (our closer Danielle) whenever she can.

Meet Cassandra our Marketing & Media Director, filling her days with making pretty cakes and fun balloon garlands, she loves party decorating and can’t resist a good theme. When she’s not doing something creative you can catch her fishing, scuba diving or traveling with her family.

Born & raised in beautiful Brevard County, Florida. Father to three sons & married to an amazing wife. When he’s not solving problems at work, he enjoys being outside & enjoying the fresh air with his family.
Selena DeFilippo
Marketing & Media Director
Meet Selena our Marketing and Media Director. She loves all things colorful, until it comes to watching her favorite Black & White movies or I Love Lucy re-runs. She loves collecting nesting dolls and spending her days listening to reggae on the beach with her family.
Laura DeFillippo
Director of First Impressions
Meet Laura our front of office Director of First Impressions, she loves to cook and to be outdoors working in the yard. She loves spending her time with her 7 grandchildren and collecting sea glass along the beaches.
